Operations
The Operations Department is responsible for maintaining many of the essential services and public spaces that residents rely on every day. From roads, parks, and water systems to snow removal, drainage infrastructure, and public facilities, the department works year-round to keep the community safe, functional, and well-maintained.
Operations oversees a wide range of municipal services, including:

Based out of the Nelson Street Works Yard, the department works closely with Engineering and other District departments to support current operations, infrastructure improvements, and the long-term needs of the community.
