The District of Hope is pleased to offer online services for property taxes and utility billing, providing convenient access to account information and payment options.

To use Online Services, you must register for an online account. Once registered, you can view your property tax and utility information, claim your Home Owner Grant, and make online payments after receiving your notices.
Online payments made through the District's Online Services Portal are processed by a secure third-party payment provider and currently accept credit card payments only. Credit card processing fees of approximately 3.5% of the total payment apply.
Please allow 3 to 5 business days for online payments to be processed.
Access Online Services
You will need your Online Services Code, located near the top of your property tax notice or utility invoice.
Pay Through Your Bank
To avoid credit card processing fees, you can pay your property taxes or utility bill through your financial institution's online or telephone banking service.
Simply add District of Hope as a payee and use your property tax roll number or utility account number as your account number.
Please allow 3 to 5 business days for payments made through your financial institution to be received and processed by the District.
