Development Approvals Process Review And Standardized Designs

The District of Hope is seeking proposals from qualified consultants to undertake a comprehensive review of the District’s development approvals process and provide recommendations to improve collaboration, communication, application materials, technology, bylaws, and overall service delivery.
The project also includes work related to implementing provincial standardized designs for small-scale multi-unit housing, including single-family homes with suites, duplexes, three- and four-unit townhouses, and detached accessory dwelling units.
The District has allocated a project budget of $150,000, inclusive of PST but excluding GST.

The District of Hope is inviting qualified contractors to submit tenders for the supply and installation of riprap erosion protection works at the Hope Golf and Country Club. The project includes site clearing, excavation of eroded riverbanks, installation of rock riprap and associated works, environmental remediation, and site restoration.

Location: Hope Golf and Country Club, Hope, BC
Attendance at the mandatory pre-bid conference and site visit is required. Tenders submitted by proponents who do not attend will not be considered.

Tenders must be submitted electronically in PDF format by email to kdicken@hope.ca no later than 5:00 p.m. (Pacific Time) on August 17, 2026. Email subject lines should clearly identify the tender title and reference number.
