Property taxes and residential utility bills were due July 2. If you have an outstanding balance, a second 5% penalty will be applied after July 31. Please ensure your payment is received before the deadline to avoid additional penalties.

Check your balance online, then pay through your financial institution by adding District of Hope as a payee for internet or telephone banking.

Register using the Online Services Code found on your property tax notice or utility bill. Property tax and utility accounts each have their own unique code.
