Pre-Authorized Property Tax Payment Application

Spread your annual property tax payments over the year with the District of Hope's Pre-Authorized Payment Program. Monthly payments are automatically withdrawn from your bank account from August through May, helping you budget for your annual property taxes.

BEFORE YOU APPLY

Before submitting your application, please:

  • Complete the Pre-Authorized Payment Agreement in full.

  • Attach a specimen cheque marked "VOID" or provide your banking information.

  • Review the terms and conditions included with the agreement.

  • Ensure your application is submitted before your requested payment start date.

PROGRAM DETAILS

The program includes:

  • Monthly automatic withdrawals from your bank account.

  • Payments beginning on the 15th of each month, from August through May.

  • The ability to change, temporarily suspend, or cancel your payment plan with at least 10 business days of your requested payment date.

Please note that start, end, suspension, and restart dates cannot occur during June or July.
