📍 Proposed Zoning Amendment – 280 Hudson Bay Street

Council will consider third reading of Zoning Amendment Bylaw No. 1635 on Tuesday, October 13, 2026, at 7:00 p.m.

The proposed amendment would rezone 280 Hudson Bay Street from Downtown Commercial (CBD) to Commercial Transition (C-5) to allow the reconstruction of a single-family dwelling.

A public hearing is prohibited under the Local Government Act because the amendment would permit residential development and is consistent with the Official Community Plan.
