🚧 Sewer Main Flushing Continues Today – August 25

The District of Hope Operations Department will continue sanitary sewer main flushing today, August 25, in the following areas:

📍 Rolly’s Restaurant area
Alley between Water Street and Fraser Avenue, from Hudson’s Bay Street to Coquihalla Street
📍 Wallace Street
Alley from 3rd Avenue to 4th Avenue
📍 3rd Avenue
Fort Street to Commission Street

If you are in an affected area, please:
• Close all toilet lids
• Place a towel over each lid
• Place something heavy on the toilet seat to help prevent back pressure during flushing

High-pressure water is used to remove grease and debris and clean the sewer mains.
