 Boston Bar Wildfire Heli Operations and Camp

The BC Wildfire Forest Services is moving their Heli Operations and camp to the Hope Air Park (FVRD Regional Airpark (CYHE) At this time, the flight centre will remain open for public use, and the airstrip is still operational to the public. The camp will be fenced and there will be security on site.  There is an expectation of at least 200 people will be using this operational centre. 

We encourage residents to stay informed through official information channels and to follow updates issued by the BC Wildfire Service and the Fraser Valley Regional District. We encourage everyone to stay informed through official emergency channels and avoid relying on unverified information.
