🚨 Boil Water Advisory – Silver Creek Water System 🚨

A Boil Water Advisory has been issued for residents served by the Silver Creek Water System following the detection of E. coli bacteria in the water supply.

If you are in the affected area:
💧 Bring all drinking water to a rolling boil for 2–3 minutes before using it for:
• Drinking
• Cooking
• Making ice
• Brushing teeth
• Preparing infant formula
• Washing ready-to-eat foods

⚠️ This advisory applies only to properties connected to the Silver Creek Water System. It does not affect the Hope Townsite, Kawkawa Lake, Lake of the Woods, East Kawkawa Lake, or private water systems.

The advisory will remain in effect until water quality testing confirms the water is safe to consume. We will provide updates as they become available.
