• Richmond Hill is now OPEN, however caution is advised as conditions may still be slippery or subject to change.
• Road conditions are subject to change, so please take care when driving.

Operations and Fire crews will continue to monitor local conditions throughout the night and Monday. Sand and sandbags remain available for residents who may need them.

• Never drive through flooded roads or crossings
