🏠 BC Housing Project Update: 1275 7th Avenue
BC Housing, Fraser Health and Cedar Strong Prevention & Intervention Society are developing 56 new supportive homes and a shelter at 1275 7th Avenue.
The three-storey modular building will include:
• 56 studio homes with support services
• 15 permanent shelter spaces
• 15 additional spaces during extreme weather
• Dedicated space for Fraser Health services
• Indoor and outdoor common areas, a central kitchen and laundry facilities
