OPERATIONS MANAGER

The District of Hope is seeking an experienced and motivated Operations Manager to join our team.
Reporting to the Director of Operations, the Operations Manager plays a key leadership role in the planning, coordination and oversight of the District’s essential municipal services and infrastructure.
Working with a high degree of autonomy, this position provides leadership and operational oversight to Parks, Roads & Drainage, as well as Utilities, while helping ensure work is completed safely, efficiently and in accordance with District standards and regulatory requirements.
The successful candidate will bring strong leadership and supervisory skills, sound knowledge of municipal infrastructure and public works operations, and the ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Salary: $115,000–$135,000 per year, plus a comprehensive benefits package including the Municipal Pension Plan.
