Public Hearing - Bylaws 1410 & 1411
The applicant for the property at 20200 Cypress Street has applied to amend the Urban/Suburban Land Use Designation in the Official Community Plan to add Compact Single Family Residential with a Secondary Suite (RS-2T) as a compatible zoning category and rezone the property to Compact Single Family Residential with a Secondary Suite (RS-2T) in order to permit the creation of 16 new residential lots. Bylaws 1410 & 1411 have been drafted in order for this development proposal to proceed. Council will hear the views of the public at 6:30 pm on the evening of Monday, March 12, 2018 in Council Chambers at 325 Wallace Street, Hope, BC in order to assist them in deciding whether the OCP Amendment Bylaw and Zoning Amendment Bylaw should proceed.
