NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING to consider Official Community Plan Amendment Bylaw No.1421 and Zoning Amendment Bylaw No. 1422 for the property at 1270 Ryder Street; Hope, BC - Monday, June 25, 2018 at 6:30 PM in Council Chamber, Municipal Hall. Council will hear the views of the public at the above referenced meeting in order to assist them in deciding whether the proposed amendment bylaws should proceed.
Intent of the Proposed Amendment Bylaws
To amend the Urban/Suburban Land Use Designation in the Official Community Plan to add Comprehensive Development (CD-6) as a compatible zoning category and rezone the property at 1270 Ryder Street from Institutional (P-2) to Comprehensive Development (CD-6) in order to create a forty (40) unit non-market affordable housing complex.
