Notice of Public Hearing - June 25 2018 - Park Street

to consider Official Community Plan Amendment Bylaw No.1423 and Zoning Amendment Bylaw No. 1424 for the property at 548 Park Street; Hope, BC, Monday June 25, 2018 at 6:30PM in Council Chambers, Municipal Hall.  Council will hear the views of the public at the above referenced meeting in order to assist them in deciding whether the proposed amendment bylaws should proceed.

Intent of the Proposed Amendment Bylaws

To amend the Urban/Suburban Land Use Designation in the Official Community Plan in order to add Comprehensive Development (CD-5) as a compatible zoning category, and rezone the property at 548 Park Street to a Comprehensive Development (CD-5) zone in order to permit the developer to construct a six unit townhouse on the property.
