Notice of Public Hearing - February 14
NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING to consider Official Community Plan Bylaw No.1383 and Zoning Amendment Bylaw No. 1384 for the property at 20295 Kettle Valley Road.
Council will hear the views of the public at the above referenced meeting in order to assist them in deciding whether the proposed amendment bylaws should proceed.
Intent of the Proposed Amendment Bylaws:
To change the designation of the property at 20295 Kettle Valley from Limited Use to Country Residential and rezone the same parcel from Limited Use (L-1) to Country Residential (CR-1) in order to subdivide the property into two parcels.
