Notice of Public Hearing - 640-644 Yale Street

Notice of Public Hearing to consider Zoning Amendment Bylaw No. 1526 for the property 640–644 Yale Street; Hope, BC, Monday June 27, 2022 at 6:30 pm in Council Chambers, Municipal Hall.

Pursuant to Section 465 of the Local Government Act, notice is hereby given that at the above referenced meeting, Council will hear the views of the public in order to assist them in deciding whether the proposed amendment bylaw should proceed.

Intent of the Proposed Amendment Bylaw

To rezone the property at 640-644 Yale Street from Single Family Residential (RS-1) to Two Family Residential (RT-1) in order to preserve the existing duplex and continue as a legal conforming use.
